Ingredients
- Thotakoora kaadalu - 2 Cups (wash and remove fiber and cut into small pieces)
- Green Chilies - 2-3
- Tamarind pulp - 2 spoons
- Dry red chilly - 1
- Bengal gram - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - pinch
- Jeera - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2-3 tsp
- Curry leaves

Add water and make smooth paste of it

Method
- Cook thotakoora kaadalu by adding salt and turmeric powder & pressure cooker (PC) for a whistle.
- In kadai pour oil and fry the seasonings mustard seeds, jeera, red chilies, green chilies and curry leaves.
- Add the tamarind pulp, cook for a minute and add the PC thotakoora kaadalu, salt and the mustard paste.
- Cook on medium flame for 2-3 mins. Transfer into serving bowl.
- Serve Traditional Andhra Special Thotakoora Kaadala Koora with Steamed Rice !!!
