Ingredients
- Toor dal - 1 cup
- Moong Dal - 1 cup
- Bengal-gram dal - 1 cup
- Red Chilli - 15no
- Jeera - 1 and 1/2 spoon
- Asafoetida or garlic (based on the flavor)
- Salt - to taste
Method
Fry all the above separately with out oil. Cool and grind to powder. Add asafoetida or garlic at the last and grind again.
