Ingredients
Bitter-gourd - 1/4 kg
Onions - 200 gm
Roasted Channa dal - 2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder - to taste
Salt - to taste
Oil - to fry
Method
Bitter-gourd - 1/4 kg
Onions - 200 gm
Roasted Channa dal - 2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder - to taste
Salt - to taste
Oil - to fry
- Cut bitter-gourd into 1" inch pieces (remove seeds) and deep fry in oil, keep aside
- Grind roasted channa dal , chilli powder and salt.
- Grind and fry onion paste add the above powder and fry a minute
- Stuff this into the fried bitter-gourd.
Gutti Kaakara Ready !!!
