Ingredients
Papaya (raw) - 1
Tamarind pulp - 2 spoons
Turmeric - pinch
Salt - to taste
Green Chilies - 2
Seasonings
Bengal-gram - 1 spoon
Black-gram- 1 spoon
Mustard - 1/2 spoon
Groundnuts- 2 spoons
Red Chilies -2
Curry leaves
Mustard Paste :
Mustard - 1 spoon
Red chilies - 2
Add water, mustard seeds and red chilies and grind . Make into paste.
Method
Papaya (raw) - 1

Add water, mustard seeds and red chilies and grind . Make into paste.
Method
- Peel papaya and grate it
- Add turmeric to the grated papaya bring to a little boil and drain it.
- In a kadai add seasonings and fry
- Add tamarind pulp and salt to taste
- Squeeze the remaining water from the grated papaya and add to the turmarid pulp
- Mix well and cook for 5 mins
- Add the mustard paste and mix it.
Papaya Curry Ready !!!
Serve with hot hot rice !!!!
