Gutti Kaakara (Stuffed Bitter-gourd)

Ingredients

Bitter-gourd - 1/4 kg
Onions - 200 gm
Roasted Channa dal - 2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder - to taste
Salt - to taste
Oil - to fry







Method 
  1. Cut bitter-gourd into 1" inch pieces (remove seeds) and deep fry in oil, keep aside
  2. Grind roasted channa dal , chilli powder and salt.
  3. Grind and fry onion paste add the above powder and fry a minute
  4. Stuff this into the fried bitter-gourd.

Gutti Kaakara Ready !!!
